A MUSICAL EVENING OF TUNES & CHAT WITH EDINBURGH SCANDI
SESSION

Join us for an evening of traditional Scandinavian folk music, performed by our talented friends from Edinburgh Scandi Session. This special event offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the spirit and charm of their muchloved musical gatherings. Edinburgh Scandi Session is a vibrant community dedicated to preserving, performing, and promoting Scandinavian music in the city. Enjoy an informal evening of tunes and chat accompanied by our ‘kaffe og kake’, celebrating Nordic culture, music, and hospitality. All welcome!

Venue: Royal Norwegian Consulate General, Edinburgh (see map). Tickets (£3 at door) include a welcome coffee/tea.

SCANDI QUIZ & SMØR BORD LUNCH

Relaxed Saturday lunch get-together with fun Scandi quiz and light refreshments by Smør Bord, Edinburgh’s fabulous new Norwegian-Scottish star on the catering scene! No expertise required, just bring along your general knowledge, curiosity, and appetite for ‘en smak av Norge’ – a wee taste of Norway. The quiz & lunch will be held in the delightful café space of Marchmont St Giles Kirk in the city’s southside. Depending on interest, this event may also include a fun Scandi ‘bake-off’!
